I’m really enjoying this little, hardcover book: The Daily Question: My Five-Year Spiritual Journal. It’s the perfect size for me to keep in my nightstand table and pull out at the end of the night to record my thoughts. It has an interesting layout, where each day a question is asked and then it has spaces beneath the question to add what year it is and write down your answer. I’m looking forward to comparing the different years’ responses and seeing how I’ve changed and grown.

One of my favorite things about this journal, is it gives me a chance to share my thoughts and feelings and be able to pass them on to my children and grandchildren later. I sure wish I’d had something like this from my own parents and grandparents! Just filling out a quick answer each night will end up having a big impact after five years. I also highly recommend it for gift giving, too!

30 Days to Joy: A One-Month Creative Journal is a really fun and engaging book. I love to doodle anyways, and this journal gives me the perfect excuse to do so. Each creative prompt is followed by one or two blank pages to add your thoughts and drawings to. There’s also pages with comforting and insightful quotes added throughout the book.

It’s a really lovely hardcover book with a ribbon bookmark. It also features drawings of vines, leaves and flowers on the pages that I enjoy coloring in with colored pencils. An example of a prompt I had fun with is What is your favorite dessert? Then they suggest drawing it and adding the recipe. I plan on getting more copies of this book to give as gifts with a package of colored pencils. Love it!
