I started sewing classes at 11 and I have been enjoying it ever since. There are some clothing pieces that I was always a little nervous to make though, included shirts. The collars were especially intimidating to me. The Shirtmaking Workbook includes instructions for clothing that I wouldn’t have ever thought I could make, including many different styles of collars.

I was really impressed with how complete and detailed the instructions were and that the book had a variety of contributors who added their own personal style. I really like the shawl collars, I think they are really versatile and I’m working on one now for my daughter. Excellent resource for shirt making!
