My daughter is learning to knit so I thought she would enjoy Fun and Fantastical Slippers to Knit. We both were delighted about the super creative ideas in the book. These are not your average knitted slippers in solids or stripes, these are slippers made to look like all kinds of animals and objects, from a peapod (very funny!) to adorable hedgehogs!

I love the cute panda slipper socks with hearts and bows and also the flower garden ones that are topped with a rose. The ruby slippers from the Wizard of Oz are so pretty, too! The directions are easy to follow, even though as a beginner, I have to read them several times. My daughter is starting on the fox slippers to make for her younger sister who loves foxes. So many fun ideas in Fun and Fantastical Slippers to Knit, love it!
